SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders for office chairs and gaming chairs are usually reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3

business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during high order volume,

carrier delays, severe weather, or when an address needs verification.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse. Delivery times are

estimates and may vary based on the destination, carrier handling, item size, and freight availability.

LARGE ITEM SHIPPING

Many chairs ship in oversized cartons because of the seat frame, base, armrests, cushions, and

hardware. Some orders may arrive in more than one box. Customers should make sure the delivery

location can receive larger packages and that the shipping address is complete and accurate.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Please inspect the package when it arrives. If the carton is crushed, torn, wet, or visibly damaged, take

clear photos before opening it. Keep all packaging materials until the chair has been fully checked and

assembled.

MISSING PARTS OR HARDWARE

If any parts, screws, wheels, cushions, armrests, or assembly tools are missing, contact us with the order

number and photos of the items received. Replacement parts may be sent when available before a full

return is approved.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible

for delays, failed delivery, or added carrier fees caused by incorrect apartment numbers, business names,

street details, or unavailable recipients.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Once an order is accepted by the carrier, tracking updates and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier.

If a package shows delivered but cannot be located, the customer should check nearby doors, mailrooms,

building offices, and household members before contacting us.

SHIPPING CHARGESShipping charges are calculated based on item size, weight, destination, and carrier rates. Original

shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified shipping-related

issue.
