REFUND & RETURN POLICY
RETURN WINDOW
Eligible office chairs and gaming chairs may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Return
requests must be submitted before the return window expires and must include the order number, reason
for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Returned chairs must be in new, unused condition and must include all original parts and packaging.
- Chair must not show signs of use, wear, stains, odors, pet hair, scratches, dents, or assembly damage
- All casters, armrests, cushions, base parts, screws, washers, tools, and manuals must be included
- Original box, foam inserts, protective wrap, and inner packaging must be returned when available
- Product must not be modified, repaired, painted, reupholstered, or altered
- Chair must be packed safely to prevent damage during return shipping
ASSEMBLED ITEMS
Chairs that have been fully or partially assembled may be harder to return if the product shows tool marks,
stripped screws, damaged threads, bent brackets, fabric stretching, or worn casters. If an assembled chair
is approved for return, it must be disassembled carefully and repacked securely.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your chair arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos of the box, shipping label, damaged area, and all included parts may be required. Depending on
the issue, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement item, store credit, or a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items may not qualify for return.
- Used chairs or chairs with visible wear
- Items damaged during assembly or improper handling
- Products missing parts or original packaging
- Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items
- Items exposed to smoke, moisture, strong odors, pets, or unsanitary conditions
RETURN SHIPPINGUnless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect, customers may be responsible for
return shipping costs. Because chairs are large and heavy, return shipping may be higher than standard
parcel rates.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. If the item is used,
damaged, incomplete, or returned in poor packaging, a deduction may be applied or the return may be
refused. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method when possible.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be available depending on inventory. If the requested replacement is not available, we
may offer a refund or store credit after the original item is returned and inspected.
